The Opportunity – We are seeking a Staff Accountant that will provide high-volume accounting support within the finance department.
Duties/Responsibilities-
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and/or other assigned executive leadership staff
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
Accounts Receivable tasks including posting payments
Accounts Payable tasks including bill preparation, account reconciliation, coding purchases on credit cards
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives
General ledger tasks including assisting the Director of Finance in general ledger oversight and financial statement preparation
Bank account reconciliation and transaction reconciliation in QuickBooks
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives
Performs other related duties as assigned

Proficient with bookkeeping and accounting skills
Education and Experience-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
At least four years of related experience required
