Mansfield is offering a dynamic Credit Analyst Internship program for the Summer of 2024, tailored for ambitious students aspiring to build their careers in Accounting.
This internship opportunity is designed for highly qualified college or university students currently pursuing their Bachelor's degree.
Internship Details:
Duration: Full-time, paid internship ($18/hour)
Dates: May 20, 2024, through August 2, 2024 (Required)
Location: Corporate headquarters, Gainesville, GA (Required, 100% in-office)
Responsibilities:
Creating specialty invoicing that is performed manually due to system limitations preventing automation
Communicating with the carriers/vendors to retrieve supporting documentation (delivery tickets and/or BOL) required by customer
Reviewing data on invoice and delivery ticket for accuracy (reconciliation)
Communicating with customer through email to send invoices combined with supporting documentation for payment
Key Requirements:
Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Core Accounting courses with some accounting knowledge needed for the role
Critical thinking / strong problem-solving skills are a must
Proficiency in computer usage with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
Intermediate Excel skills required
