Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll/Human Resources Administrator.
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
This is a part-time position with no option to work remotely.
Duties:
- Assist with the administration of various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Assist with payroll setup and processing and maintain accurate records of attendance and time-off requests
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks related to HR expenses and invoicing
- Utilize HRIS, Job Clock, and Payroll Software to input and maintain employee data
- Support HR team in creating and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Coordinate employee training programs and maintain training records
-Travel arrangements as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the company as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in an HR administrative role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
