\*\*Position:\*\* Part-Time Instructor
\*\*Hours:\*\* 4-12 hours per week.
\*\*Flexible Scheduling:\*\* Afternoons & Weekends (Tuesday afternoons and rotating weekends are a must August-May).
Summer 4-6 hour shifts morning or afternoon with rotating weekends.
\*\*About You:\*\*
You have a basic understanding of art concepts or a strong desire to learn.
You're willing to be coached and mentored to develop your artistic and customer engagement skills.
You possess an upbeat and positive attitude that can light up any room.
You're comfortable and friendly in conversations, able to engage with customers and students.
You're ready to provide a warm and welcoming experience that keeps people coming back.
Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Art experience is a bonus, but a strong willingness to learn is what we value most.
You enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, bringing out the artist in everyone.
Experience working with special needs population is highly welcomed.
You're coachable, able to follow directions, and eager to learn new techniques.
You're flexible with your schedule and open to picking up extra hours when available.
\*\*What You'll Do:\*\*
Lead parties and workshops, sharing your creative spirit and art knowledge.
Assist with Open Studio hours, helping customers explore their artistic passions.
Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that fosters creativity and connections.
