Low Voltage Instructor

*Low Voltage Instructor* *Do you have a passion for low-voltage systems and a desire to share your expertise with the next generation of technicians?* Catatumbo Tutoring is searching for a qualified and experienced Low Voltage Instructor to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training programs that prepare students for successful careers in the low-voltage industry.
*Responsibilities:* * Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for low-voltage courses, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
* Conduct classroom and laboratory instruction, utilizing various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
* Provide students with hands-on training opportunities in a safe and controlled environment.
* Effectively assess student progress through exams, projects, and practical exercises.
* Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student growth and success.
* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in low-voltage technologies.
*Qualifications:* * Minimum 10 years of experience working in the low-voltage industry.
* Strong understanding of low-voltage systems, including: fire alarm systems, security systems, communication systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
* Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise, and engaging presentations.
* Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
* Must be a team player and possess a collaborative work style.
* A valid Low Voltage Technician License (or equivalent) is required.
