Need Molar extracted (Hall county)

Shot in the dark posting here.
I have a top back molar that's very bad.
A big piece broke off the other day.
Now it's cutting my cheek badly and I feel it's getting worse.
Afraid of going sepsis.
The dentist wants 150 just to look at it.
Quick care etc is no help.
Gov dental places are no help either.
I'm open to any suggestions or a dental student willing to pull it.
I just need you to grip it and rip it.
I'll deal with the pain to save money.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
