Dell Law Firm is looking for an experienced and driven attorney to join our team in the real estate section of our practice.
The ideal candidate will have two – three years experience in real estate law with some general practice background.
Dell Law Firm is located at Lake Oconee (60 miles east of Atlanta) in Greensboro, Georgia, which is a rural but growing community.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Handle all aspects of growing real estate practice, including residential and commercial closings, development, zoning, and litigation work.
* Maintain and expand relationships with our clients and referral sources.
* Manage the staff and third party vendors.
* Marketing the real estate and other areas of the law practice.
* Community involvement.
* General knowledge of other areas of law is a plus.
*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*
* Juris Doctorate degree in law and licensed to practice law in Georgia.
