Immediate hiring for our Gainesville, Georgia office: * Legal Assistant *To be successful in this position we are looking for someone who is bubbly and outgoing with a drive for success.
You will be the face of the firm and the first person to greet guests when they enter.
We're looking for a go-getter and capable of managing multiple tasks and assignments with EXCELLENT communication skills.
This is a demanding position in an extremely busy personal injury and workers' compensation firm.

We specialize in motor vehicle and tractor trailer collisions, wrongful death, personal injury, and workers’ compensation.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following: * Answering phones * Completing potential client intakes * Requesting medical records and billing statements based on paralegal and attorney direction * Follow up on all outstanding medical records and billing requests * Drafting and sending out open records requests * Back up support to paralegals and attorneys as needed We are hiring immediately for this position.
Applicants should have the following qualifications to apply: * Availability of M-F, 8:30 - 5:00 pm * Workers' comp or personal injury experience is a bonus * Bi-lingual in English/Spanish (preferred, but not required) * Ability to work well under stress and manage individual workload with minimal direction and follow-up * Must be tech savvy and have experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook (experience with Adobe is a plus) * Understand basic legal processes and why each step is important (not required, but must be willing to learn and train) * Business casual attire and professional demeanor is required * Must have your own vehicle with valid driver’s license * Ability to pass a background check if requested Compensation and benefits: * Compensation to commensurate with experience * Eligible for additional benefits and bonus compensation after probationary period Opportunity for growth into paralegal position.
