Our law practice is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to join our team at our Gainesville, GA location! The right candidate should be friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented.
You’ll speak with prospective clients, empathize with them on the details of their cases, and manage new client onboarding and data entry.
Legal experience is not necessary but is helpful.
Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
Experience handling telephone calls in a fast-paced, high-call-volume work environment is preferred.
The right candidate must also be comfortable with working in an Office Location by themselves.

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial intake interviews with potential clients over the phone
Document detailed information provided by potential clients accurately and efficiently
Evaluate and prioritize incoming calls to ensure timely responses to inquiries
Assist in scheduling appointments for potential clients to meet with attorneys
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients
Qualifications:
Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
Possesses outstanding communication skills and a sense of empathy
Previous legal experience is highly valued
Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
