Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our large eatertainment restaurant, Decoy, a 17,000sqft restaurant, bar, and entertainment concept.
A high end restaurant and bar with golf simulators, duckpin bowling, and high tech putt putt.
Decoy is a restaurant and bar centered concept with the added benifit of including gaming aspects.
The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the establishment, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staf members.

Duties Include: - Managing systems and Developing People.
- Holding employees acountable to ownership's expectations.
- Creating systems to operate every aspect of the business.
- Overseeing Executive Chef's and Bar Managers food/drink cost.
- Creating Checklist.
- Helping out in any position that is needed - Training core values of business to team members - Leading Pre Shift Meetings - Creating budgets to hit target numbers - Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory control, and customer service - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Hire, train, and supervise staff members - Create employee schedules and manage labor costs - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives - Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed Qualifications: -Proven track record of hitting target prime number.
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Proven track record in managing a team effectively - Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control and financial management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for the restaurant industry, we invite you to apply for the position of General Manager.
