*Job Description and Requirements:*
Operational oversight of all financial operations including accounting and financial reporting
*Job Responsibilities*
* Make sure all transactions and data flow through the accounting system properly for future audit trail and reporting requirements.
* Supervise A/R and A/P employee transaction processing as well as staff reporting requirements.
* Work closely with management team in phases of finance: budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
* Manage all Accounting and Treasury functions; with oversight on all financial transactions.
* Maintain existing system of accounting policies and procedures to meet company and department goals as well as government tax authority requirements; update policies & procedures as needed working in conjunction with CEO and other managers.
* Work with CPA and ECOM management to ensure that we are in compliance with all government agencies for all taxes, fees or licensing requirements.
* Prepare and provide financial reports as required for departments, company and external use.
* Collaborate with other ECOM staff on reporting needs and requirements.
* Handle ECOM staff benefits as assigned including outsourced payroll with operational oversight on retirement plan and health insurance interfacing with vendors as needed.
* Manage end to end ERP System and related interfaces.
* Use existing materials to train ECOM staff on Abas Software or collaborate with; update any new operations procedures generated through Accounting.
* · Manage Human Resources issues, concerns and policies.
*Job Requirements :*
* Minimum Education - Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Accounting
* 7 years Experience with full accounting process through financial reporting and analysis.
* Full range bookkeeping knowledge & experience for management flexibility and staff training.
* Solid GAAP knowledge
* 5 years Management Experience
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Must be able to analyze data and provide meaningful reports to management
* Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
* Experienced with full ERP System and standard interfaces.
* Advanced database knowledge for database management, design and ongoing improvements.
* Knowledge of payroll processes and related government agency requirements
* Knowledge of general business contracts such as basic employee benefits, business insurance, and simple government agency contracts to enable comfortable interface with management, vendors and customers in executing contracts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $90,000.
