As a *Therapeutic Counselor,* you will be the case manager of your assigned residents.
You will establish an effective treatment plan and facilitate both individual and group sessions.
This position reports directly to the Lead Therapist and is a member of the Therapeutic Department's treatment team.
Responsibilities include: * Develop intake and residential onboarding recommendations * Assist the Intake Team with the enrollment process * Facilitate weekly one-hour individual therapeutic sessions * Facilitate family sessions according to SHA’s session schedule * Facilitate one-hour group sessions twice per week * Remain on-call and available for resident-based emergencies Qualifications: * Masters Degree in counseling or a related field (required) * Licensed or in-progress (Associate or Full Professional Licensure) Pay starting at $40,000.
00 per year with opportunity for growth.
Pay increase for LPC or LCSW.
