Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Leasing Agent to join our team.
As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties.
Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring all leasing processes are handled efficiently.
Duties: - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units - Assist prospective tenants with the application process, including collecting necessary documents and conducting background checks - Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with tenants - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages - Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments - Collaborate with property management team to ensure all properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards - Stay updated on local market trends and competitor pricing to effectively market available properties Skills: - Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues in a professional manner - Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Location: If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
