What you will be doing:
• Assists with marketing and advertising strategies.
• Implements lease renewals and weekly leasing reports.
• Generates and maintains a summary of occupancy trends.
• Maintains positive relationships with residents to increase retention and satisfaction.
• Manages and enhances resident retention programs.
• Handles resident relation issues, requests, and concerns effectively.
• Inspects properties for policy violations, repairs, and general landscaping.
• Manages rent collection, rent postings, and late notice warnings.
• Assists with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
• Provides regular updates to the Property Manager regarding properties.
• Coordinates and delegates property responsibilities to team members.
• Acts as a primary contact for residents.
• Assists the Property Manager with daily and property operations.
• Assists with the proper execution of all steps of the leasing process.
What you will need:
• A minimum of 1 year property or leasing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred.
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and support team on all projects.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and being detail oriented.
• Must be able to work for extended periods of time.
