*WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:*
We are currently seeking an experienced *Assistant Property Manager *for a multi-family residential property in the *Gainesville, GA area*.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Meet and greet prospective residents
* Provide tours and promote attractive features / amenities
* Explain rental rates and income qualifications for a conventional community
* Record visitor traffic and leasing status into the database, follow up with prospects after viewing units or submitting applications
* Process applications, prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports
* Take ownership of marketing the property through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* *Bi-Lingual skills of Spanish*
* Prior experience in multifamily residential property management
* Apartment leasing experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, friendly, outgoing and display a positive upbeat attitude
* Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone
* LIHTC - knowledge of tax credit, fair housing laws, safety issues and / or a working knowledge of property management software are a PLUS
