Job Summary:
Performs accounting functions which include data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bi-weekly payroll processing.
Administrative functions include greeting customers, answering telephone calls, providing information to callers, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining records.
General Accountablilities:
Process accounting related tasks under the supervision of the Accountant.
Data input.
Arranges with vendors for services, prepares agendas, gathers and organizes supporting information.
Oversees office operations.
Answers telephones, routes call, takes messages and/or provides information in accordance with department or company policy.
Reads and routes incoming mail.
Provides customer service to residents and prospects under the supervision of the Property Manager.
Schedules meeting and appointments for supervisor or department staff.
Establishes and maintains files and records.
Orders office supplies as necessary.
Performs a variety of clerical duties.

Job Qualifications
Education: Associate's degree preferred.
Experience: Prior accounting experience required.
HR experience a plus.
Appfolio, Quick Books Online, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred.
