Join our team as the Property Manager overseeing the operations of our vibrant regional marketplace spanning over 300,000 indoor square feet on 60+ acres.
You will work to optimize the customer shopping experiences and ensure the success of our 500 vendors/tenants, ultimately contributing to the growth and continued financial prosperity of our flagship business.
You will achieve success by deftly leading our team of managers and staff totaling 50 people as they create a uniquely welcoming environment for all visitors.
Your team will consist of facilities management, leasing, marketing, and contracted services.
Major responsibilities include fostering positive relationships with vendors; managing income and expenses; and innovating to continually build our brand and properties.
Collaborating closely with our Facilities Manager, you will prioritize and guide maintenance projects, budgets, and capital investment programs.
Your role will include regularly engaging with tenants (working with your subordinate Leasing Manager) and cultivating positive relations with local organizations.
You will actively seek new income-generating opportunities, orchestrate tenant arrivals and departures, and execute event-based marketing initiatives to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience in retail property management
100% fluency in both English and Spanish
Regular availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Proficiency in property management, financial management, and retail leasing concepts and best practices
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and community engagement
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software
Valid driver's license
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including regularly walking our major facility, and lifting up to 30 pounds
