As an Assistant, you will provide support to the team and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

```Duties:``` - Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing fresh florals - Process customer transactions using the POS system - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Assist with order fulfillment - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store - Assist with maintenance, such as watering plants and maintaining outdoor displays - Support sales efforts by promoting products and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions - Perform retail math calculations accurately ```Experience:``` - Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is not required / we will train - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others If you are a dependable and motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
